摘  要:实验上研究了再冷压过程对 Bi_(1.80)Pb_(0.34)Sr_(1.86)Ca_2Cu_3O_y 块材的结构、磁滞迥线和临界电流密度等的影响.结果表明,再冷压过程有利于块材样品的致密度提高和沿垂直于加压表面方向的晶粒取向的形成,并引进了不同于常规烧结的 Bi 系块材的磁通钉扎,从而导致这类块材的临界电流密度和磁滞回线的实质性改进.Effect of the re-cold pressing process on structure, magnetization loop and critical current density etc. of Bi1.80 Pb0.34 Sr1.86 Ca2 Cu3 Oy bulk material was experimentally investigated. It is shown that the re-cold pressing process is helpful to increase its volume density and form some orientations of the grains along the direction perpendicular to the pressed surface. On the other hand, flux pinning, which differs from that observed in the conventionally sintered bismuth based bulk sample, is induced into this material by the re-cold pressing process. As a result, these lead to substantively improve on its critical current density and hysteresis loop.
