摘　　要：女性就业面临的困境是历史的 ,是社会的 ,更是个人的。但重要原因之一是个人的努力程度。在就业问题上 ,不少人只重视知识、学历 ,而忽视了全面素质的培养提高 ,忽视了应有的身心健康 ,致使影响了自己的发展和前途。The predicament of women's employment has historical, social and even personal factors.But one of the key factors lies in what kind of effort is made individually. Regarding employment, A number of them just pay attention to knowledge and record of formal schooling but ignore the improvement of all-round quality and ability and neglect physical and mental health so that the individual future development is affected.
