脑康灵胶囊中挥发油-β-环糊精包合物的质量研究

摘　　要：【目的】寻找能有效减少脑康灵胶囊中挥发油损失,提高药品质量的制剂工艺。【方法】通过薄层色谱(TLC)鉴别、紫外(UV)扫描及气相-色谱(GC-MS)分析考察脑康灵胶囊中挥发油在应用β-环糊精包合前后的质量变化和包合效果。【结果】挥发油已形成稳定的包合物,且挥发油在包合前后的性质没有发生改变。【结论】包合工艺能有效地保存脑康灵胶囊中挥发油的有效成分。[Objective] To study the quality of volatile oil enclosed with (3-cyclodextrin (β-CD) in Naokangling Ca sule. [Methods] The quality of the volatile oil in Naokangling Capsule before and after enclosure was examined by th layer chromatography, ultraviolet (UV) scan and gas chromatogram - mass scan (GC-MS) analysis. [Results] The elusion of volatile oil and β- cyclodextrin is steady, and the quality of volatile oil was not changed before and after enc sure. [Conclusion] The process of enclosure with β- CD can keep the active components of the volatile oil in Naoka gling Capsule.
