神昌滴丸对缺血再灌注脑损伤大鼠血液流变学及一氧化氮的影响观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察神昌滴丸对大鼠缺血性脑损伤后血液流变学及一氧化氮 (NO)的影响。方法 :造成大鼠脑缺血再灌注模型 ,然后分为 6组 ,高、中、低剂量组分别用不同剂量的神昌滴丸 ,阳性对照组用醒脑静注射液 ,模型组及假手术组用生理盐水 ,灌胃给 7天 ,每天 1次 ,断头取血检测血液流变学 ,取血及脑组织匀浆检测 NO。结果 :大鼠给药后其血液流变学及脑组织、血浆 NO指标均有改变。结论 :神昌滴丸能降低血液粘度及红细胞压积 ,改善血液流变性 ,改善脑组织供血 ,缓解脑缺血及抗血栓形成 ,同时能减少缺血性脑组织 NO的生成 ,减轻 NO介导的神经毒性 ,对缺血性的脑组织损伤起保护性作用。Objective:To observe the influence of pills,'Shen-Chang',on Blood Rheology and Nitric Oxide (NO) after Ischemia Brain Injury in rats.Methods:The rat pattern made into ischemia reperfusion had been divided into six groups and given pills,'Shen-Chang',in high,middle and small dosage respectfully.The patterns in the control group had been given the injection,'Xin-Nao',and those in the test group and the operation group given physiological saline into stomach qd.for seven days then cut off their heads,determined the indexes of blood rheology and nitric oxide (NO).Result:The indexes of blood rheology and nitric oxide (NO) had been changed after given drugs.Conclusion:The pills,'Shen-Chang',can be used to decrease blood viscosity and packedcellvolume and the formation of NO in ischemic brain tissue,improve blood supply of brain tissues and abate cerebral ischemia.The drug can be applied to protect injured brain tissues.
