术中经胆囊管胆道造影37例分析

摘　　要：目的 :为避免胆总管探查阴性的发生。方法 :对有相对探查指征的 3 7例病人在胆总管切开前经胆囊管行胆道造影 ,阴性者不用探查胆总管。结果 :经胆囊管行胆道造影准确率为 90 .2 %。结论Objective To avoid the happen of negativity to common bilt duct exploration. Methods 37 cases who had taken relative exploring sign underwent cholangiography before choledochotomy, and the negative patients would not take choledochus exploration. Results The accurate of intraoperative was 90.2 %. Conclusion Te method would benefit to avoiding unnessary detection on bilt duct out of hepar before choledochotomy.
