新配方毒饵对德国小蠊的毒效观察

摘　　要：目的 :对研制的一种新灭蜚蠊毒饵配方进行毒效观察。方法 :应用标准的玻璃方箱对所配毒饵进行毒杀蜚蠊试验 ,并与有关的其他市售毒饵进行药效比较、评价。结果 :新配方毒饵毒杀德国小蠊 (Blattellagermanica) 2 4、48和 72h试虫死亡率分别为 69.79%、81.2 5 %和 91.67%。结论 :该新配方毒饵杀虫效果较理想 。Objective:To study a new bait formulation for killing cockroach.Methods:To conduct efficacy experiments with the new formulation bait by the standard square box,and to compare with other baits on the market.Results:The killing rates of the new formulation bait to Blattella germanica in 24 h,48 h and 72 h were 69.79% , 81.25% and 91.67% respectively.Conclusion:The new formulation bait are considered a more ideal bait formulation.
