解郁止痛颗粒质量标准的研究

摘　　要：目的 :建立解郁止痛颗粒定性定量的研究方法 ,以控制药品质量。方法 :研究制订香附、赤芍、延胡索、黄芩等四味主药薄层色谱鉴别 ,采用HPLC法测定了臣药赤芍中芍药苷的含量。结果 :薄层色谱鉴别斑点清晰 ,HPLC芍药苷在 0 2 14～0 10 70 μg范围内线性良好 ,相关系数 0 9998。平均回收率为 99 6 6 % ,RSD为 0 71%。结论 :此方法简便、可靠、实用。Objective:To establish the quality control methods for Jieyuzhitong Granules.Method:Rhizoma Cyperi\,Radix Paeoniae Rubra\,Rhizoma corydalis\,Radix scutellariae in Jieyuzhitong Granules were identified by TLC.The paeoniflot in Jieyuzhitong Granules was determined by HPLC.Result:The studies on the quality control showed that the characteristics for identification by TLC were distinct.The quantification method had the linear range of 0\^214～1\^070μg.The average recovery was 99\^66% and its RSD was 0\^71%.Conclusion:The quality stuandard of the Jieyuzhitong Granules were established.The methods were simple,reproducible and realizable.
