摘  要:为探讨多座位基因型非随机分布的形成机制 ,进行遗传共适应和连锁不平衡检测 ,以湖羊血钾和其它 13个编码结构蛋白酶座位为研究对象 ,采用显隐性—显隐性和显隐性—共显性两种数据模型 ,进行独立性测检。结果表明 :绵羊血钾遗传分化程度在其高低的各自特定范围内受到多种因素的影响 ;在显隐性—显隐性模型中 ,未发现血钾与其他座位有相关性 ;在显隐性—共显性模型中 ,发现Ke与Tf座位存在极显著的相关性 ,Tf座位不处于Hardy Weinberg平衡状态 。Based on the Hu sheep obtained by Random sampling in typical colonies of central area method,the Ke locus and other 12 loci were tested.The results of the estimates of gene frequencies and their reliability and precision proved that the sampling method was effective.The genetic differentiation of Ke locus showed that the value of HK and LK might change among each special range.In order to find the reason of norandom distribution of multiloci gene type,make further study for the genetic coadaptation and link disequilibrium and provide some ground for the investigation and evaluations of animal genetic resource,the Ke and other 12 loci by the model of dominant dominant and dominant codominant were analyzed.The results indicated that there were no relativity between Ke and other loci in the model of dominant dominant,while there were relativity between Ke and Tf (P <0 01)in the model of dominant codominant and Tf locus was in Hardy Wenberg disequilibrium,the reason need further study.
