Studies on the Relationship of Upland Cotton Varieties in the Course of Replacement of Varieties in North Xinjiang over the Past Fifty Years

摘  要:以北疆 5 0年来棉花品种演变过程中的 12个主栽品种为研究对象 ,通过RAPD指纹图谱 ,结合辈序分析研究和评价了各品种间的亲缘关系及遗传基础。结果表明 ,RAPD可将北疆 5 0年来 12个主栽棉花品种划分为五类 ,其结果与实际系谱基本吻合。随着品种演变 ,品种间亲缘关系从简单趋向复杂 ,品种遗传基础得到丰富 ,品种的生态适应性和丰产性得到加强。每更换一次品种 ,平均皮棉产量提高 81.4 9kg·ha-1。同时表明RAPD技术可以用来分析棉花品种的亲缘关系。The hereditary base of twelve main cotton varieties in north Xinjiang over the past fifty years were studied. Through analyzing RAPD fingerprint atlas, the relationship and hereditary base of those varieties were evaluated in the project. The results showed that the twelve varieties could be classified in five groups by the RAPD technology, its result mainly coincided with actual system pedigree. With the cotton varieties being replaced ,the relationship among varieties changed from simple into complicate, variety hereditary base became wealth, variety ecological adaptation and high-yielding capacity were strengthen.
