摘  要:以我国特有的疣粒野生稻成熟胚和幼穗作外植体诱导愈伤组织 ,挑选致密颗粒状愈伤组织建立胚性细胞悬浮系并分离原生质体 ,将原生质体固体包埋后添加液体培养基进行培养。在培养过程中调节培养体系渗透压诱导产生胚状体 ,成功得到疣粒野生稻的原生质体再生植株 ,对提高原生质体再生频率的途径进行了探讨。Calli were induced from mature embryos and young panicles of Chinese unique wild rice Oryza meyeriana. After subculture, dense and globular embryogenic calli were selected to establish suspension cell lines in AA medium. Protoplasts were isolated from them and osmotic pressure of the culture system was adjusted during the culture procedure. Green plantlets regenerated from induced embryoid by the way of solid embedded and liquid medium added. At the same time some methods of improving the frequency of protoplast regeneration were discussed.
