云南省心理咨询师职业资格培训班学员情况及分析

摘　　要：对113名接受心理咨询岗前培训的人员的进行了问卷调查,结果表明:1.培训学员具有相对较高的受教育程度,文化素质和经济收入均较高;2.被调查者在培训前缺乏基本的心理学和心理咨询方面的知识和正确的观念;3.学员接受心理咨询培训的直接动机是通过提高自身的心理健康水平和心理素质水准主动地适应现代社会的急剧变化及改善人际关系;4.绝大多数学员在培训期对培训效果做了积极肯定的评价;5.被调查者对未来心理咨询工作开展持乐观态度。文章对今后心理咨询师培训工作提出了建议。subjects trained as mental counselors were assessed with questionnaires. The results showed:firstly,the trainees had relatively high education level and income; secondly, almost all the traineeslacked or didn’t have the basic and correct knowledge of psychological and mental counseling; thirdly,the motive of trainees receiving training was to adapt to the changing modern society by enhancingtheir mental health and mental quality or improving interpersonal relationship; lastly, subjects had theoptimistic attitude to the future mental counseling. The suggestions were given on training counselors inthe future.
