项针疗法治疗高血压病临床观察

摘　　要：目的　观察项针疗法对高血压病的影响。方法　 5 6例病人随机分为项针组和针刺对照组。结果　治疗后两组患者临床症状减轻或消失。治疗前后两组患者血压比较有显著差异。项针组每搏心输出量平均增加 10 .13 ml/次 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,每分心输出量平均增加 0 .73 L/分 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,外周血管阻力平均降低 0 .0 9k Pa· s/ml(P<0 .0 1) ,动脉顺应性平均增加 6.85 ml/k Pa(P<0 .0 5 ) ;针刺对照组外周血管阻力平均降低 0 .0 8k Pa· s/ml(P<0 .0 1) ,而心输出量和动脉顺应性无明显变化。结论　提示项针疗法治疗高血压病有良好的疗效 ,其降压作用可能是通过增加心输出量 。Purpose To observe the effect of nape acupuncture on essential Hypertension. Method Fifty six patients were randomly divided into a nape acupuncture group and an acupuncture control group. Results The clinical symptoms abated or disappeared in both groups after the treatment. There was a significant difference in blood pressure between before after the treatment in both groups. In the nape acupuncture group, stroke volume increased by 10.13 ml/time ( P <0.05), minute cardiac output increased by 0.37 L/min( P <0.05), peripheral vascular resistance dropped by 0.09 kPa·s/ml( P <0.01) and arterial compliance increased by 6.85 ml/kPa( P <0.05), on an average. In the acupuncture control group, peripheral vascular resistance dropped by 0.08 kPa·s/ml on an average (P <0.01) but cardiac output and arterial compliance did not significantly change. Conclusion It is suggested that nape acupuncture has a good curative effect on essential hypertension. Its hypotensive effect may be produced by lowering the resistance of peripheral arterioles and increasing the compliance of large and medium sized arteries.
