摘　　要：目的　观察针刺治疗动眼神经麻痹的客观疗效。方法　运用针刺治疗动眼神经麻痹 ,测定治疗前后眼裂、瞳孔变化值以及眼球运动范围值。结果与结论　针刺治疗动眼神经麻痹疗效显著 ,并且针刺可促使麻痹神经肌肉功能恢复正常 ,眼裂大小。Purpose To observe the curative effect of electroacupuncture on oculomotor paralysis. Method Acupuncture was used to treat oculomotor paralysis. The sizes of palpebral fissure and pupil and the range of eye movement were determined before and after the treatment. Results and conclusion Acupuncture treatment had a marked effect on oculomotor paralysis. Acupuncture can promote the recovery of the function of the paralyzed nerve and muscles and restore the sizes of palpebral fissure and pupil and the movement of eyes.
