摘　　要：信息服务工作的深化、服务意识的增强、制度创新和人员素质的提高将是影响21世纪高校图书馆的关键因素,文章从3方面具体论述了高校图书馆应该采取的战略措施。Deepening of information services, strengthening of service consciousness, innovating of system and increasing of personnel quality will be the key factors influencing the university library in 21st century. From three aspects this paper concretely discusses the strategical measures should be taken by the university library.
