摘　　要：分析了避灾农业产生的环境背景,得出以干旱为主的自然灾害的频繁发生,已经成为宁夏农业发展的主要制约因素;在阐述避灾农业的内涵特征的基础上,初步构建了宁夏避灾农业生态模式,并探讨了模式在具体实施过程中应采取的措施及可能出现的问题。By analyzing the background of calamityavoiding agriculture, this paper indicates that drought is one of main natural calamities which occur frequently, and becomes an important barrier of agricultural sustainable development. The ecomodels of the calamityavoiding agricuiture have been built based on the elaboration of its characteristics. Furthermore, the paper discusses several problems that may be faced in the course of practical implementation. \;
