摘　　要：在了解国外各种检测方法基础上,研制完成了钢轨波磨在线检测系统RCIU 1,该系统是一个安装在轨检车上,对钢轨波浪磨耗进行动态在线检测的装置,它采用惯性法原理,利用虚拟仪器技术,在Windows操作平台下实现对轴箱加速度信号的等距离采样、显示和存储,实现了多任务并行处理,同时通过数字处理、积分滤波输出代表钢轨波磨幅值的位移量或标准差。从系统构成、检测原理、数据处理、多任务运行机制、系统标定和动态试验等几方面作了详细阐述。On the basis of understanding various inspection methods of other countries, we have developed rail corrugation inspection system RCIU1. It is an online inspection system for corrugation on the rail surface that can be installed in the inspection car. Under Windows operating system, it uses inertial theory and virtual instrument technology to sample axle acceleration at an equal space interval and in parallel processing of multiple tasks covering display, storage, digitals processing, integral, filtering and outputting of data. This article gives details in the following aspects: system structure, inspection theory, data processing, system calibration, parallel processing of multiple tasks and dynamic testing.
