老年不稳定型心绞痛患者P-选择素的水平及意义

摘　　要：目的　 观察老年不稳定型心绞痛 (UAP)患者血浆P 选择素、血栓烷 (TXB2 )、6 酮 前列腺素F1α( 6 ke to PGF1α)的水平及其意义。　 方法　选择 2 0 0 1年 5月～ 2 0 0 1年 9月住院治疗的 45例≥ 60岁的UAP患者为研究对象。采用流式细胞仪式及酶联免疫吸附法测定血中P 选择素、TXB2 、6 keto PGF1α的含量 ,计算TXB2 / 6 keto PGF1α。设老年健康对照 30例 ,青年健康对照 30例。　 结果　老年UAP患者血小板P 选择素表达 ( 5 5 18± 5 32 ) %明显高于老年对照组 ( 44 18± 6 2 5 ) % ,P <0 0 1。TXB2 / 6 keto PGF1α水平在老年UAP组 ( 6 5 4± 1 79) %也明显高于老年对照组 ( 5 13± 1 31) % ,P <0 0 5。而且此二者水平在老年健康对照组较青年健康对照组明显升高 (P <0 0 5 )。　Objective To investigate the plasma level of P-selectin,thromboxam(TX)B 2 and 6-keto-PGF 1αin patients with unstable angina. Methods Forty-five aged patients with unstable angina were selected from May to September of 2001.Using flow cytometry technique and ELISA,the expression of P-selectin,TXB 2 and 6-keto-PGF 1αwere analyzed and TXB 2/6-keto-PGF 1αcalculated.We took 30 healthy aged and 30 healthy young persons as control. Results The platelet expression of P-selectin in aged with unstable angina(55.18±5.32)% was significantly higher than that in healthy aged control(44.18±6.25)%,P<0.01.Plasma TXB 2/6-keto-PGF 1αlevels in aged patients(6.54±1.79)% were higher than that in healthy aged control too(5.13±1.31)%,P<0.05.And these were higher in healthy aged persons than those in the healthy young control(P<0.05). Conclusions The platelet activation and endotheliocyte deficiency play a very important role in the development of aged unstable angina.
