摘　　要：本文根据近年来监测与研究结果从井——含水层系统的条件、对地应力的反映能力与干扰条件等方面提出了评价地震地下水观测井质量的半定量化方法,并在首都圈井网调整与优化中应用与检验。This paper presents a semi-quantitative method for evaluating the quality of seismo-ground-water observation wells from the conditions of well-aquifer system, capability of reflecting the terrestrial stress and disturbance based on recent monitoring and researching results, and this method was applied and examined in the well-net regulation and optimization in the Capital region.
