摘　　要：目的 :探讨长期从事激光工作的人员是否有心血管系统的职业危害 ,为安全防护提供参考。方法 :选择从事激光工作一年以上的职业人员 ,对其心血管系统的健康状况进行检查 ,并与对照组进行比较 ;对作业环境中激光物理参数进行调查。结果 :血压、心电图、外周血细胞、血脂和血液流变学 5个方面数十项指标的检查结果显示激光组与对照组各项检查的异常率相近 ,经χ2 检验 ,两组差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论Objective:To explore whether there is occupational harm to cardiovascular system of personnel engaged in long term laser work and offer reference of safety protect.Method:People engaged in laser work for more than one year were selected and their health state of cardiovascular system was compared with state of those not engaged in laser work.The laser physical parameters were investigated in work place.Results:The abnormal rates of blood pressure,electrocardiogram,blood cells,blood lipid and hemorheology were near in laser group and control group There was not significent difference between both groups( P >0 05).Conclusion:Cardiovascular system of personnel engaged in laser work wont be affected due to occupational reason.
