摘 要:作为光激励发光的首选材料BaFBr∶Eu2 + ,在其中掺杂一定量的Al3 + 后 ,其光激励发光谱向长波方向发生了较大的红移现象。红移的机理是掺杂的Al3 + 离子取代了BaFBr∶Eu2 + 晶格中的Ba2 + 离子 ,且处于F(Br-)心的次近邻位所致。本文利用喇曼光谱和电子顺磁共振谱对受掺杂Al3 + 微扰的F(Br-)心的结构进行了研究 ,首次在喇曼光谱的高频移区观测到了由于掺杂Al3 + 所引起的新结构的产生 ,通过电子顺磁共振谱表征了在BaFBr∶Eu2 + 中Al3 + 与F(Br-)心的相对位置 ,并且得出F(Br-)心与O-F 心存在着空间相关性。BaFBr∶Eu2+ is a good photostimulated luminescent(PSL) material. The experiments show that compared with BaFBr∶Eu2+, the phosphor BaFBr∶Eu2+ doped with Al3+ has strong redshift PSL peaks. The redshift mechanism is considered as the replacement of Ba2+ by Al3+ doped in BaFBr∶Eu2+ and the location of Al3+ is at next neighborhood to F(Br-) centers. The spectra of Raman scattering and electron paramagnetic resonance(EPR) were used to investigate the structure of F(Br-) centers effected by Al3+. The new Raman peak structure is found at high frequency region due to the fact that Al3+ doped in BaFBr∶Eu2+. The site relationship of Al3+ and F(Br-) centers is observed and the spatial correlation between F (Br-) centers and O-F centers was studied by EPR spectra.
