摘　　要：本文针对住院病人吸氧时间由人工记录而产生的弊端 ,提出了对病人的吸氧自动进行监测与记录的课题 ,较好地解决了病人开始吸氧和暂停吸氧等状态的数据采集与信号转换的问题 ,开发研制成功了输氧监测仪 ,对病人的吸氧时间可以实时准确记录 ,经过临床使用100余例 。Aim at the abuse brought by the manual records of the breathing oxygen period of a patient in hospital, the paper provides a concept about to monitor and to record the period during that the patient is arranged in oxygen therapy automatically. So we solve the problems of collecting the data and switching the signals of the beginning or the pause of breathing oxygen for a patient by the oxygen therapy monitor. With applying it in clinic more than 100 cases, the effects of the monitor are satisfied very well.
