摘　　要：前体药物 (简称前药 )为一类在体外活性较小或无活性 ,在体内经过酶或非酶作用 ,释放出活性物质而发挥药理作用的化合物。与母体药物相比 ,前药具有提高生物利用度 ,增加水溶性 ,延长作用时间 ,减少不良反应 ,克服首过效应 ,定位到达靶器官等特性。本文对抗病毒前体药物研究进展作介绍。The prodrugs are of less activity in vitro .On the other hand,they can lower cytotoxicty or increase bioactivity or improve bioavailability or enlarge lipophilicity in comparison with their parent drugs in vivo .Especially,some prodrugs can attach to the target.The research progress in the prodrugs of antiviral drugs are reviewed.
