摘　　要：目的 :建立柱前衍生高效液相色谱法测定脑复清胶囊中γ 氨基丁酸 (GABA)含量的方法。方法 :色谱柱为HypersilODSC18柱 (12 5mm× 4 .0mm ,5 μm) ,流动相A为 2 0mmol·L-1乙酸钠 +0 .0 2 %三乙胺 (pH 7.3) ;流动相B为 10 0mmol·L-1乙酸钠 (pH7.2 ) 乙腈 甲醇 (10 0∶175∶2 2 5 )梯度洗脱 ;检测波长为 338nm。结果 :线性范围0 .0 5～ 1.0 3mg·mL-1,线性方程A =4 2 3784C +6 919.5 ,r =0 .9994 ,平均加样回收率 10 1.7% ,RSD为 1.7%(n =9)。结论 :本法简便、快速、灵敏度高 ,可用于脑复清胶囊中GABA的质量控制。Objective:To establish a HPLC method with precolumn dervatization of γ aminobutyric acid (GABA) in nowfoodking capsules.Methods:GABA was determined on Hypersil ODS column(125mm×4.0mm,5μm) using gradient elution with mobile phase of A[20mmol·L -1 NaAc (pH7.2)+ 0.02%triethylamine(TEA)(pH 7.3 )]and B [100mmol·L -1 NaAc(pH 7.3 ) acetonitrile ethanol(100∶175∶225)].The detective wavelength was 338nm.Results:The linear range was 0.05～ 1.03 mg· mL -1 with equation of A =423 784 C +6 919.5( r =0.9994) and average recovery was 101.7% with the RSD of 1.7%( n =9).Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid,sensitive,accurate and may be used as standard quality control of the capsules.
