降脂通脉方对冠心病患者血脂及血管活性肽的影响  

The Influences of Jiangzhi Tongmai Recipe on Blood Lipids and Vasoactive Peptides in the Patients with Coronary Artery Disease

摘　　要：目的:观察中药降脂通脉方对冠心病心绞痛伴高脂血症患者血脂及血浆ET、CGRP、TXB2、PGF1α水平的影响。方法:选择冠心病心绞痛伴高脂血症住院患者50例,随机分为中药组28例、对照组22例。对照组按西药常规治疗,降脂用月见草油胶丸。中药组除不用月见草油胶丸外,余西药治疗同对照组,另外服用降脂通脉方。两组疗程均为4周。结果:中药组临床症状计分及ST段下移值均较对照组低(P<0.01)。中药组可显著降低TC、TG,升高HDL-C,且可显著降低ApoB、升高ApoA1;对照组亦可明显降低TC、TG,但对HDL-C、ApoA1、ApoB没有显著影响。中药组可显著降低血浆ET、TXB2水平(P<0.05),显著升高CGRP水平(P<0.05),并且明显降低TXB2/PG1α比值(P<0.01);对照组仅在降低ET、TXB2水平方面有显著性差异,对升高CGRP、PGF1α及对TXB2/PGF1α比值无明显影响。中药组在降低血浆ET、TXB2及升高CGRP和降低TXB2/PGF1α比值方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:降脂通脉方对冠心病心绞痛合并高脂血症患者具有良好的调脂、抗AS作用及血管内皮细胞保护作用,临床疗效显著。Objective:To observe the influences of Jiangzhi Tongmai recipe in the patients with angina pectoris associated with hyperlipemia on blood lipid and ET, CGRP, TXB2, PGF1α levels in plasma. Methods:50 inpatients, with angina pectoris associated with hyperlipermia, were assigned randomly into two groups:control group (treated by routine western medicine and reduced lipid by Oenothera biennise oil capsule,n=22) and trial group (treated as same western medicine as control group except Oenothera biennise oil capsule replaced by Jiangzhi Tongmai recipe,n=28). They were treated for 4 weeks. Results:Clinical symptom scores and ST segment depression tites in trial group were lower significantly than those in control group (P<0.01). In trial group TG and ApoB were lower while HDL-C and ApoA1 were higher than those before treatment significantly;in control group TC and TG were lowed significantly while there were no significant influences on HDL-C, ApoA1 and ApoB. In trial group ET, TXB2 and TXB2/PGF1α ratio were lowed (P<0.05, P<0.01) and CGRP was increased significantly (P<0.05). In control group only ET and TXB2 were lowed significantly while there were no significant influences on CGRP,PGF1αand TXB2/PGF1α ratio. In trial group there were better actions on lowing ET,TXB2 and TXB2/PGF1αratio and increasing CGRP compared with control group. Conclusion:Jiangzhi Tongmai recipe had good actions on regulating lipid, inhibiting AS and protecting vessel endothelial cell in the patients with angina pectoris associated with hyperlipemia, showing good clinical effects.
