参黄草合剂治疗早期肾损伤的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察参黄草合剂对早期肾损伤的临床疗效。方法:用尿液酶学改变检测出早期肾损伤患者74例,分为两组。治疗组64例,在治疗原发病的基础上加服参黄草合剂;对照组10例,单纯治疗原发病。治疗14d后,观察两组治疗前后尿酶的变化。结果:治疗组尿酶恢复正常者占80%,而对照组仅为10%,组间比较差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:参黄草合剂对早期肾损伤有较好的治疗作用。Objective:To investigate the clinical effectiveness of Shenhuangcao-mixture treating early renal injury. Methods: 74 cases suffered renal injury in early period, figured out in the Caboratory examination of b-N-acetyglocosamidase (NAG), were randomly divided into two groups:Combined therapy group (64 cases treated with Shenhuangcao-mixture as well as rountine medicine ) and control therapy group (10 cases treated with rountine medicine only). Observe the changes of NAG in both groups after two weeks treatment. Results:It appeared that the NAG value decreased to the normal level by 80% in combined therapy group, while the incidence of the other group was only 10%. The difference between two groups was obviously (P<0.01). Conclusion: Shenhuangcao-mixture is effective in treating early renal injury.
