摘　　要：目的 :了解并证实某些抗癫痫纯中药制剂中是否含有抗癫痫类西药成份 ,以便为临床安全、合理用药提供理论与实验依据。材料与方法 :对已服用各种 (共 2 2种 )抗癫痫中药制剂的 42例癫痫患者 ,用荧光偏振免疫法 (FPIA)监测苯妥英、丙戊酸、卡马西平、苯巴比妥 4种抗癫痫药物的血药浓度。结果 :2 2种抗癫痫中药制剂中不同程度的含有 1～ 4种抗癫痫类西药 ;单服中药的 2 5例患者 ,2 0例癫痫症状都得不到控制 ,5例引起中毒 ;中药与西药联合用药 17例中 ,2例引起中毒。结论 :服用某些抗癫痫中药的患者 ,必须监测其中所含西药成份的血药浓度 ;建议生产这些含西药成份的抗癫痫中药制剂时 ,应标明所含西药成份及含量 ,以便医生合理用药 ;最好是不加入抗癫痫类西药成份 ,以免加入西药成份的剂量不足而达不到治疗目的 ,或因加入的西药成份剂量过大而引起中毒 ;中西药联合用药时 。Objective: To understand and prove whether some antiepileptic pure TCM preparations containing antiepileptic west durg ingredients in order to provide a therory and experimental basis for clinical drug-use safely and reasonable. Material and method: The 42 cases of epileptics, who had took the antiepileptic TCM(22 kinds), were monitored for blood concentrations of phenytoin, valpoic acid, carbamazepine, and phenobarbital by FPIA. Result: All the 22 antiepileptic TCM preparations contained 1-4 antiepileptic west drugs to a different extent; of 25 cases of patients who took single TCM, the symptoms of 20 cases did not be controlled, 5 cases were poisoned; of 17 cases of patients who took TCM combined with west drugs, 2 cases were poisoned. Conclusion: The blood concentration containing west drug ingredients should be monitored in the patients receiving some antiepileptic TCMs. It is suggested that the west drug's ingredients and content should be signaled in producing the antiepileptic TCM preparation containing west drug ingredients. in order to the drugs are used reasonably by doctors. It is best that the west drug ingredients do not added into TCM preparations, in order to avoid lack of dosage to cause that the therapy effect do not be obtained; or patients are poisoned bacause of overdose of west drug ingretients added into TCMs.
