丙-聚胶囊对营养性肥胖大鼠的减肥作用

摘　　要：目的　研究丙 聚胶囊 (calciumpyruvateandchitosancapsule ,CCC)对单纯性肥胖大鼠的减肥效果 ,初步探讨其减肥机理。方法　建立营养性肥胖大鼠模型。肥胖大鼠胃饲CCC混悬液 30d ,观察CCC治疗前后体重、肥胖指数、腹腔脂肪重量、脂 体比、脂肪细胞数量、脂肪细胞大小、血脂、血清瘦素水平的变化。结果　给予CCC治疗后 ,营养性肥胖大鼠体重、肥胖指数、腹腔脂肪重量、脂 体比及脂肪细胞大小均明显低于肥胖模型组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;血清瘦素水平明显降低 (P <0 .0 1) ;CCC高、中剂量组血甘油三酯、总胆固醇含量明显下降 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　CCC灌服 30d对营养性肥胖大鼠有明显减肥作用 ,该作用未显示与促进血清瘦素分泌有关。CCC在减肥的同时 。Objective To investigate the weight reducing effect of calcium pyruvate and chitosan capsule (CCC) on obese rats. Methods CCC was administered intragastrically to obese rats for 30 days. Then, body weight, obese index, weight of celiac fat tissue, weight ratio (fat weight/body weight), adipocyte number, adipocyte size, blood lipid and serum leptin levels were observed.Results Body weight, obese index, weight of celiac fat tissue, weight ratio, adipocyte size in the three CCC groups were significantly lower than those in obese model group. Meanwhile, level of serum leptin in CCC groups declined markedly ( P <0.01) and level of serum cholesterol and triglyceride decreased in a certain degree. Conclusion Administration of CCC to rats for 30 days shows evident weight reducing effect. No evidence shows that the effect is related to the ability of CCC to enhance the serum leptin level. Besides reducing body weight, CCC can also lower the blood lipid level.
