摘　　要：绿色建筑工程体系涵盖 :①用当代新科学、新技术创造出的高效、节能、节材、环保的新型建筑结构体系 ;②用现代管理知识制定的科学的建筑技术管理体系 ;③用高新技术支撑的已有建筑物的诊治与保健体系 .文中探讨了建筑工程安全性与耐久性的诊断与保健 .Green Building Engineering contains three kernel systems:1.new building structure system with high efficiency,energy and material saving properties and environmental protection characteristics produced with modern science and technology;2.structure technical management system based on modern management knowledge;3.diagnosis and health care system for existing building structures using modern high technologies.Diagnosis and health care of safety and durability for building structures is the pioneer work in civil engineering research field.
