粉煤灰在微晶玻璃装饰板材中的应用研究

摘　　要：通过大量实验 ,研究了电厂粉煤灰在烧结法微晶玻璃装饰板中的应用。确定了 Ca O- Al2 O3- Si O2 系统玻璃颗粒的起始烧结温度 (Ts) ,起始析晶温度 (Tc)。利用 X射线衍射分析 (XRD)和扫描电子显微镜 (SEM) ,对晶化试样的物相进行鉴定和微观结构观察。研究结果表明 :粉煤灰可以作为烧结法生产微晶玻璃的原料 ;并且可以得到主晶相为A lot of experiments were done to study application of power plant fly ash in synthesizing glass ceramics decorative plate by sintering technology. The incipient sintered temperature ( T s) and the incipient crystallization temperature ( T c) of the glass particles were defined. The phase and the microstructure of the glass ceramics were observed from the results of the X ray diffraction analysis and the SEM photographs. The results show that, fly ash can be used as the raw material of glass ceramics by sintering technology. Furthermore, olivine and black glass ceramics, whose main crystal phase is β CaSiO 3, can be obtained.
