摘  要:热解(NH4)5[(VO)6(CO3)4(OH)9]@10H2O晶体前驱体.可制得粒径可控为10~60 nm、VO1.950±x~VO2.050±x(x<0.005)整比性可控的无定形态、准结晶态或结晶态、颗粒均匀、呈球形的VO2纳米粉体.VO2纳米粉体烧结成粒径<400nm,比值ρs/ρM可达103数量级跳变的VO2纳米晶陶瓷.随缺氧的增加,Tc和ρs/ρM比值降低,晶胞的a,c轴和体积V都随之减小.烧结温度过高,陶瓷出现V8O15杂相,杂相严重降低陶瓷的性能.The amorphous, subcrystalline, crystal, uniform and spherical VO2 nano-powders which sizes from 10nm to 60nm and stoichiometrics of VO1.950±x ~ VO2.050±x (x<0.005) can be controlled were successfully prepared from the precursor of (NH4)5[(VO)6(CO3)4(OH)9] ·10H2O pyrolyzed. The nanocrystalline ceramics whose granular size was smaller than 400nm were prepared in inert gas and partial oxygen, the ratio of ρs/ρM is about 103. Tc, the ratio of ρs/ρM, were decreased, the a, c axes and the volume of the unit cell become smaller, with stoichiometric oxygen ratio decreased. The ceramic sintered at too high temperature has polyphase, especially V8O15 phase, it decreased the phase transition capability of the ceramic greatly.
