摘　　要：本文从科学核算绿色GDP的观点出发 ,论述了绿色GDP的概念 ,即绿色GDP =GDP - (自然资源耗减价值 +环境污损价值 )。据此 ,本文详细地论述了自然资源耗减价值与环境污损价值的理论与方法。Starting with the point of view of scientifically calculating the green GDP, this article discusses the concept of green GDP, that is green GDP=GDP-(natural resources depletion value +environmental pollution and damage value ). Based on it, this article carefully discusses the theory and method on the natural resources depletion value and the environmental pollution and damage.
