摘　　要：通过对比不同磁性材料的性能特点和参数,分析了IGBT逆变弧焊电源主变压器铁心的选择方法;通过介绍中、高频变压器的设计方式,给出了超微晶铁心应用在逆变焊机中的特殊设计问题。This article analyzes the selection of the main transformers core of IGBT inverter welder by comparing the characteristics of different magnetic materials,also talks about the special problem of design about super microcrystalline cores application on inverter welder by introducing the design method of middle/high frequency transformer.
