摘　　要：运输有效性是对快速路运输功能实现程度和运输效率的综合度量 ,已成为城市道路交通研究的重要课题。在传统的道路服务水平评价方法局限性分析的基础上 ,提出了数据包络分析方法在城市快速路运输有效性评价中的应用思路和过程。论述了决策单元、输入输出指标体系及DEA模型选择的原则 ,建立了相对运输效率和时空资源利用率的分析方法 ,并进行了上海高架道路系统运输有效性的评价研究。评价结果表明利用DEA模型评价快速路的运输有效性具有明显优势。Transport effectiveness is the synthetically estimating index of expressway functions and its transport efficiency, and has become an important task in traffic engineering studying area.Based on the limitation analysis of the traditional road service levels evaluation, the application of the theory of data envelopment analysis is advanced for the evaluation of expressway transport effectiveness.The choosing principles of decision making units, import export indexes and DEA models are discussed.Also the method used to analyze the relative transport efficiency and the space time resource utilization ratio is established.Finally the case study of the transport effectiveness evaluation of Shanghai elevated roads is given.The evaluation results show that the established DEA model is available for the evaluation of expressway transport effectiveness.
