摘　　要：针对网络传输中的延迟问题,探讨了在Internet中加入QoS控制技术,RSVP是其实现框架中最关键的一个协议,它通过预约和保留传输路径中的资源来改善或保证用户应用QoS,而QoS控制技术与路由协议的结合更利于改善Internet网络性能,因而解决了网络中的延迟问题,实现网络资源的共享。This paper discusses joining QoS control technology into internet, aimed at reducing the relay time in Internet. As a key protocol in the framework of its implement, RSVP can improve and guarantee the users application of QoS by booking and reserving the resources in transmission path. The method of combining QoS control technology with routing protocol can benefit core to improving internet capability, and so solve the problem of reducing the relay time in Internet and realize the share of resources of Internet.
