摘　　要：主要介绍计划生育及生殖保健管理系统的构建及功能模块的设计技术 ,重点叙述系统应用的指纹和图像处理技术 。The structures and functional modules of the planned parenthood and generating health management system are introduced in this paper. It mainly states the technologies of fingerprint and image processing, design of multi system, and how to transfer data to remote DB server and its application.
