摘　　要：重庆市天奇花园住宅小区是建设部批准的夏热冬冷地区的第一个节能住宅示范小区,测试结果表明,该工程建筑与围护结构热工性能指标均低于国家标准规定的限值。研究分析发现,方案中一些特殊的构造措施在创造健康的室内空气品质、缓和城市热岛效应方面有特殊作用,堪称建筑节能与城市环境生态效益的双赢工程,值得应用与推广。Tianqi garden of Chongqing is one of the modal energy saving engineers in hot summer and cold winter zone which was awarded by ministry of construction,though it's energysaving test,we not only find that it's architecture and architecture thermal property better than the principle of 'Design Standard for Energy Efficiency of Residential Building in Hot Summer and Cold Winter Zone',but also find that some of it's special constructions do good on building healthy indoor air quality and abbreviating the Urban Thermal effect.It may be called as one double production engineer on energy saving and urban ecological environment,and should be awarded as one of the study model.
