摘　　要：针对张家港浦项不锈钢有限公司带钢表面条状色差问题,对其产生原因进行了分析,并通过改善带钢表面油膜均匀性、改进退火酸洗工艺,取得了较显著的效果。除2 5～3 0mm厚规格带钢外,基本消除了带钢的条状色差缺陷。In view of existing linear chromatism on the surface of the cold rolled stainless strip which produced by Zhangjiagang Pohang Stainless Steel Co,Ltd,the causes of its formation were analyzed and some measures were carried out,such as improving the uniformity of oil film on strip surface and reforming pickling processingAs the result,the linear chromatism can be eliminated except 25～30mm gauge strip
