摘  要:分析了长江城陵矶~螺山河段行洪能力的变化和三峡水库运行后该河段面临的防洪形势,指出降低城陵矶河段水位的有效措施之一是恢复河道原有的泄洪能力,实施牌洲裁弯、清淤疏浚和削矶扩卡等为主的工程措施。并以典型洪水为例对牌洲裁弯前后相关河段的水位、水面线及水位流量关系的变化进行了对比分析,论证了牌洲裁弯对降低上游水位的明显作用和该工程实施的必要性。In this paper variation in flood discharge capacity of the Yangtze River ChenglingjiLuoshan reach after completion of Three Gorges Project and flood control situation the reach will be faced with after operation of Three Gorges Reservoir are analyzed.The analysis indicates one of the effective measures to lower the water level of Chenglingji reach is to restore the flood discharge capacity of the original river course,to reconstruct the meander at Peizhou into a straight section,to dredge the river channel,to excavate the rock projecting over the water and to widen the bottle neck on the river.Contrast is made between the water levels,water surfaces profiles and relationships of the water levels versus flows before and after reconstruction of the meander at Peizhuo during discharging the typical flood.The comparason demonstrates that reconstruction of the meander into a straight section plays a significant role for lowering the water levels of the upstream reaches and the great importance of the reconstruction works.
