空回肠憩室70例的临床特点及并发症分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨空回肠憩息的患病情况、临床特点及其并发症。方法：对70例空回肠憩室住院患者进行回顾性分析。结果：70例中老年患者占43％，40岁以下患者占34％；约1/3为多发憩室，其中老年组检出率显著高于非老年组（P<0.05）；逾半数为症状性憩室病，老年组单纯憩室炎和穿孔发生率略低于非老年组（P>0.05）；老年组出血发生率显著高于非老年组（P<0.05）。结论：空回肠憩室以老年人占多数，憩室出血以老年人为主。Objective\ To describe clinical features and complications of jejunoileal diverticula.Method\ 70 inpatients of jejunoileal diverticula were studied retrospectively.Results\ Among the 70 patients,43% were ≥60 years,and 34% <40 years.About one-thirds of jejunoileal diverticula were multiple.The incidence of multiple diverticula in the elderly group was significantly higher than that in younger one(P<0.05).More than half patients had symptomatic diverticula.As for the incidence of simple diverticulitis and perforation ,there was no significant difference between the elderly patients and the younger patients (P>0.05);The incidence of bleeding in the elderly patients was significantly higher than that in the younger patients (P<0.05).Conclusions\ Jejunoileal diverticula were more often in the elderly patients.The complication of bleeding was found much more often in the elderly patients.
