摘 要:本文介绍了测压铜球准动态校准的含义 ,分析了影响准动态编表误差的因素。用落锤液压动标装置进行了 980 2批铜球变脉宽校准实验 ,根据实验数据利用回归技术建立了各种对应脉宽状态下的铜球压后高与压力、压后高与压力及脉宽的关系模型 ,以此模型为基础 ,分析了当被测压力脉宽发生变化时 ,测压铜球查表误差的变化规律 。The meaning of quasi dynamic calibration of copper balls is presented and factors affecting errors on working out the table with quasi dynamic calibration is analyzed. Calibration experiments covering 9802 copper balls have been carried out on the dropper hammer dynamic pressure calibration device by changing calibration pressure's pulse width. The model of relationship between heights of copper balls pressed versus the maximum pressure,as well as the heights versus pressure and pressure pulse width were established by means of regression analysis. Based on this relationship model, with the changes in pressure pulse width ,the variation of errors when referring to calibration table of pressure measuring copper balls was analyzed. The scope of application of the quasi dynamic calibration table for copper balls is expounded.
