尿毒净液治疗老年慢性肾功能不全60例分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨中药尿毒净液对老年慢性肾功能衰竭的改善作用。方法 :选择符合慢性肾功能衰竭诊断标准的老年患者 90例 ,随机分为治疗组 (A组 )和对照组 (B组 ) ,A组 60例 ,B组 30例。两组均采用低蛋白低磷饮食 ,控制血压于理想水平 ,A组加用中药尿毒净液治疗。疗程 3个月 ,两组患者治疗前后均检测Scr、BUN、Alb、Hb等生化指标。结果 :A组治疗后各项生化指标均较治疗前明显改善 ,P <0 .0 1 ;两组治疗后结果对比 ,P <0 .0 5。A组有效率 80 .0 % ,B组有效率 53 .0 % ,A组明显高于B组。结论To sdudy the thapeutic effect of Niao-Du-jing Liquid(NDJL)on chronic renal failure in the elerly.Methods:A clinical observation has been made on 90 cases of hronic renal failure.Scr,Bun,Alb and Hb were measured.among them,60 cases of were treated with(NDJL)and 30 cases wre the control group.Results:In NDJL group,the total effective rate was 80.0%,in the control group,the effective rate was 53.3%.NDJL could lower the concentration of Scr and Bun, and increase the level of Alb and Hb.NDJL grou were superior to the control group,the difference being significan(P<0.05)Conclusion:Niao-Du-jing Liquid can improve the biocheimical index of the eldeerly with chronic renal failure.
