摘　　要：目的:了解糖尿病胃肠病变患者SP的改变及意义。方法:应用放射免疫分析法测定糖尿病胃肠病患者血浆SP的水平并与糖尿病组及正常组进行比较。结果:糖尿病胃肠病变组血浆SP水平明显下降(P<0.05),糖尿病组及正常组SP改变无显著差异。结论:血浆SP的改变可能与糖尿病胃肠病变患者胃肠功能紊乱有关。Objective: Evaluation of changes of plasma SP in Diabetic gastroenteropathy with radioimmunoassay and its signifg-cance. Methods: The value of plasma SP was determined by using radioimmunonalysis method in diabetes with gastrointestinal symptoms, and were compared with diabetic and normal group. Results: The concentration of SP was not different between diabetes group and normal group, whereas it decreased significantly in diabetic gastroenteropathy group ( P < 0.05). Conclusions: The changes of plasma SP in Diabetic gastroenteropathy may be related to diabetic gastrointestinal dysfunction.
