一种新的NPA0102-1药物抗菌效果的体外评价

摘　　要：目的 :检测新研制的一种NPA0 10 2 - 1中草药对女性阴道常见病原体的体外杀灭效果。方法 :采用液体稀释法或琼脂扩散法测定其杀灭病原体的MIC、MBC。结果 :NPA药物对 6种不同病原体共 5 8株的MIC、MBC结果如下 :对白假丝酵母菌的MIC为 0 .75～ 3.15 μg/ml,MBC为 12 .5 μg/ml,对解脲脲原体MIC为 6 .2 5～ 2 5 μg/ml、MBC为 5 0 μg/ml,对淋病双球菌、乳酸杆菌、大肠杆菌、阴道毛滴虫的MIC均为 5 0～ 10 0 μg/ml、MBC均为 10 0 μg/ml。结论 :此药对女性生殖道常见病原体有较好的杀灭效果。Objective:To in vitro evaluate the antimicrobial effects of NPA0102-1, a new kind of Chinese Herbal Medicine on the common pathogens in vagina in order to do further research. Methods:To confirm the MIC and MBC of the drug by Equal Dilution Assay or Agar Spreading Assay. Results:After susceptibility testing of six pathogens from 58 strains, the MIC on S. albicans, U. urealyticum, N. gonorhoeae, Lactobaclli, E. coli, and T. vaginal is 0.75～3.15μg/ml, 6.25～25μg/ml, 50～100μg/ml, 50～100μg/ml, 50～100μg/ml, and 50～100μg/ml, respectively. The MBC on them is 12.5μg/ml, 50μg/ml, 100μg/ml, 100μg/ml, 100μg/ml, and 100μg/ml,respectively. Conclusion:NPA0102-1 can inhibit and/or kill S.albicancs and U.urealyticum,and do slight harm to the normal flora of microbe in vagina at the therapy concentration.Further study is valuable.
