摘 要:目的 研究麦芽醇对大鼠海马组织不完全性脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法 :Wistar大鼠双侧颈总动脉夹闭 3 0min ,造成不完全脑缺血 ,松开动脉夹即为灌注。大鼠随机分为三组 :(1 )假手术对照组 (SOC) ,相同手术操作 ,但不夹闭动脉 ;(2 )缺血再灌注组 (IR) ,再灌注 1h ;(3 )麦芽醇治疗组 (MT) ,夹闭动脉前后静脉注射 70 0μmol/L麦芽醇生理盐水。 3组动物均于再灌注后测海马组织中的丙二醛 (MDA)值 ,超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)和ATP酶活性。结果 :缺血再灌注组MDA明显升高 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,SOD、ATP酶活性明显降低 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;MT能降低升高的MDA值 ,改善ATP酶活性 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,但不能改善SOD活性。结论 :麦芽醇能清除氧自由基 ,减少脂质过氧反应 ,改善ATP酶活性 。Objective:To investigate the protective effects on maltol(MT) on focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion damages in hippocampus in rats.Methods:Ischermia model of Wistar rats was established by clipping bilateral cervical arteries for 30 min,and then reperfusion was done through removing the clippings.Rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:(1)Sham operation control group (SOC),bilateral cervical arteries were only exeposed;(2)Ischemia reperfusion group (IR);(3)MT treated group,700 μmol/L maltol (MT) normal saline was administered through intravenous injection before clipping and reperfusoin.The malondialdehyde (MDA) content superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and ATPase activity were detected 1 h after reperfusion for all 3 groups.Results:MDA content rose obviously ( P <0.01) and SOD ATPase activity reduced obviously ( P <0.01) in IR group.MT decreased MDA content ( P <0.01) and inproved ATPase activity ( P <0.010),but did not improve SOD activity.Conclusion:MT can clear oxygenic radical,reduce the reaction of lipid peroxidation and improve ATPase activity,so MT can decrease damage in the IR injury of hippocampal structure.
