摘　　要：目的　探讨糖尿病患者发生低血糖的常见原因。方法　回顾性分析了 5 2例糖尿病患者低血糖发生的原因。结果　 5 2例患者中 39例由于服用优降糖所致 ,5例由于使用胰岛素后未及时进食所致 ,5例由于服用广告宣传的“特效药”所致 ,3例由于服用消渴丸所致。 1例死亡、1例放弃治疗。结论　在糖尿病的治疗过程中 ,一定要注意预防低血糖的发生 ,要早期发现低血糖反应并给予及时处理 ,以免引起严重后果。Objective To find common causes of hypoglicemia in the subjects with diabetes.Methods The causes of hypoglicemia in 52 cases with diabetes wre retrospectively analyzed.Results The hypoglicemia were caused by glibenclamide:39 cases;no eating in time after the use of insulin:5 cases;taking the 'specific drugs'from advertisememt:5 cases;taking Xiaokewan:3 cases . One case was died. The treatment was given up in one case.Conclusions Hypoglicemia must be prevented carefully in the treatment of diabetes. The manifestations of hypoglicemia must be iscovered and treated promptly to avoid the serious consequences. [
