摘  要:从理论和实验两方面研讨了倾斜轴球磨机的粉磨机理和性能特点 .分析表明 ,倾斜轴球磨机中球料群的运动是一种空间三维运动 ,其运动强度比普通球磨机大 ,摩擦粉碎所占比例比冲击粉碎大 ,故粉磨效率提高 ,适宜于制备超细粉 .通过石英、方解石两种试料在不同工况下的粉磨实验 ,分析倾斜轴球磨机的倾斜角、转速等工艺参数对粉磨效率的影响 .This paper presents research on the comminuting mechanism and function of inclined ball mill by means of theory and experiment. By describing the motion state of balls and material in the mill, it is find that the motion with three dimensions is stronger than that of traditional ball mill and the amount of friction pulverization is more than that of impact pulverizing. Pulverizing efficiency is improved, and the machine is suited to make superfine pulverized material .The relation between the pulverizing efficiency, pulverizing ability and inclined angle, rotation speed and so on are compared and analyzed also. This thesis put forward the theoretical analysis and experimental basis to develop inclined ball mill.
