摘 要:测定了环流式旋风除尘器的压降和器内的压力分布。实验所用设备 : 42 6 mm、 1 50 mm的环流式旋风除尘器 ,常规型、B型高效旋风除尘器。实验物系为空气 ,入口气速 1 6~ 3 0 m· s- 1。实验结果表明 :与常规型、B型高效旋风除尘器相比 ,该新型环流式旋风除尘器的压降仅为常规型、B型高效旋风除尘器的 1 / 3~ 1 / 2 ,且随直径增大 ,压降增大不显著 ;压力分布的规律为 :压力基本呈轴对称分布 ;径向位置上 ,在一次分离区内 ,压力变化不大 ;轴向位置上 ,随轴向自下而上 ,压力先增大后减小 ,然后基本趋于稳定 。Experimental research on pressure distribution and pressure drop of circumfluent cyclone (CFC) was carried out using air as a medium. The cyclones studied were CFC( 426 mm and 150 mm) conventional and B-type high efficiency cyclones.The air velocity was 16~30 m·s -1 .The results showed that the CFC suffered a much lower pressure drop than conventional and B-type high efficiency cyclones.Moreover,with increasing of the diameter of the CFC,the change of pressure drop was not aparent.The pressure distribution profile showed an axial symmetry .There was a slight increase in pressure with diameter in the radical direction in the first separation region.In the cone part,the variety of pressure was significant.In the axial direction,the pressure increased firstly and then decreased to a constant pressure from bottom of the cyclone to upper side.
