摘  要:由于气液两相流动的复杂性 ,很难应用流体运动的基本方程确定空隙率的变化规律 .故采用实验研究途径 ,开发了美国NorthCarolina州大学研制的应用软件SAS ,并对多次气液两相流动实验的 6× 10 4 多组实验数据进行了多元非线性回归 ,建立了圆管中不同流动型态下气液两相流动空隙率数学模型 .在多相混输管路实际应用中表明 ,本方法适用于不同管径、不同倾角下的上升或下降管路中各种流动型态两相流动的水力计算 ,并具有计算简便。Because of the complexity of two\|phase gas\|liquid flow, the variation pattern of porosity is very difficult to deal with by fundamental equation for fluid flow. So we adopt the laboratory research approacn and use software SAS developed by America North Carolina University. A mathematical model of two\|phase flow void fraction is built up under the condition of different flow patterns in pipes. It is based on complex nonlinear regression which was set up based on over 60 group of data gathered from more than 2,000 experiments of two\|phase gas\|liquid flow. Calculation to multiphase flow pipe indicates that this method is fit for hydraulic design of two\|phase flow under all kinds of flow patterns in pipelines with different diameters and inclination angles for both upflow and downflow, moreover, it is both simple and accureat. This method provides a theoretical basis for calculation of multiphase flow pipelines.
