摘　　要：讨论了全氟烷基丙烯酸酯的制备 ,介绍了调聚反应近年来的研究情况 ,重点讨论了有机氟憎水憎油剂的组成、合成方法及最新进展 。The syntheses of perfluoroalkyl 2-propenoic acid esters are discussed in this paper, and among them reaction of telomerization is firstly introduced.Furthermore,the structure, synthesis and up to date progresses of water- and oil-repellant are mainly discussed, and some concrete suggestions are put forward here.
