摘　　要：目的　总结分析下眼袋整形术并发症的原因 ,预防和处理方法。方法　回顾性分析近 6年来所处理 6 2例下眼袋整形术后并发症发生的原因及防治方法。结果　下眼袋整形术常见的并发症有下睑外翻 ,下睑疤痕显露 ,两侧不对称 ,血肿 ,复视和感染等 ,大多由于手术操作不当引起 ,经处理后可痊愈。结论　对于下眼袋整形术并发症 。Objective To summarize the causes, prevention and treatment of complications in lower eyelid blephamoplasty. Methods To review the 62 cases complications in lower eyelid blephamoplasty we had treated in the last 6 years, and to analyse the cause and the mehod how to prevent and treat. Results The common complications in lower eyelid blephamoplasty include lower eyelid ectropion, lower eyelid scar exposure, asymmetry, hematom, diplopia and infection et al. Most of the complications were caused by operation fault, and can be cured by suitable treatment.Conclusion It is very important to take preventive measures against possible troubles of lower eyelid blephamoplasty.
